Come take a trip with me down memory lane courtesy of Yahoo! Photo’s.  I received an email from Yahoo informing me that I would need to do something with my four photo’s that I had uploaded back in February 2002.  To be honest, I had forgotten that I had uploaded them to their photo hosting site.  I never did care for their photo hosting site so I never did upload any more.   Anyway, I could either download them to my computer and/or transfer them to another photo hosting site because as of September 20, 2007 they wouldn’t be available on Yahoo! Photo’s any longer.  I decided to download them to my computer and then transferred them over to my Flickr account.  I wanted to make sure that I had a copy to archive on my portable drive.

This is Elrod five weeks before he turned three.  The picture quality is probably a little grainy because the picture was taken with my first digital camera that I had received free for signing up with Earthlink for my internet service.  It’s hard to remember that he was ever such a short little shit.  For the longest time I worried that he was going to take after his mother’s side of the family and be really short.  I’m not so worried any longer. I think he’ll take after my Dad’s side of the family and I think he’ll end up being at least as tall as his dad at 5’9″.  If he doesn’t then that’s okay too, he can tell everyone what I tell them when they tell me I’m short.  I’m not short, I’m vertically challenged.  That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
