My Fragmented Mind
03/03/2007
My mind is just a little fragmented tonight. Too many things going through it at the moment. If you get bored before you get to the end please feel free to click that little red x up in the corner. First I want to apologize to all of you that have left comments lately. Real life has gotten in the way of being able to reply to each one. I’m sorry, with Hubby going out of town next weekend I’m sure that I’ll have time to finally get back to acknowledging the fact that you have taken the time to leave a comment. Second, my friend Margaret is in the hospital. She’s the picture of health, she doesn’t smoke, she isn’t over weight at all, she is as stout as a horse and helps over in the husbands cabinet shop and lifts some of those heavy cabinets. But, her blood pressure is too high…dangerously, stroke level high, 220′s over 180′s high and that’s why they have put her in the hospital. In intensive care no less. They have been able to move her, finally, from intensive care, but they can’t get her blood pressure to stay down. So, if you have a few minute please say a prayer for her…it couldn’t hurt. Third, we got the van back from the mechanic Friday evening. It’s going to have to go back Monday. When we turn it off it keeps trying to run and when it does finally shut down it back fires. We are thinking that the carburetor needs adjusting, at least that’s what we are hoping is all that it is. Fourth, we have a lot of things that we have to do tomorrow before Hubby leaves out of town. I need a fuse replaced in my car so that I have a horn that works. He needs to get a tire off the riding lawn mower and have the flat fixed so that I can start mowing the grass. I do not like having to walk in grass that is ankle high to get to the car because I do not like chiggers. Then there is the getting his scrubs all freshened up and packed. When they work in the nuclear plant they change into scrubs (that the plant gives to them) so that way if they get contaminated they confiscate the scrubs and give them a new set. That way no contamination is walking out the door and they don’t have to leave butt nekkid. Fifth, I have a new toy but I’ve already typed this post twice and it keeps being ate by the cyber devils and I’m tired and it’s late so I’ll save it for next time. And, if you stayed to the end…thanks for hanging around.

[...] Friends – I don’t often blog about my friends so this one was tough, but I remembered that I had blogged about my friend Margaret. [...]
